醉燈食居以日式居酒屋料理為主，菜色涵蓋串燒、烤物、炒物與酒精飲品，風格偏向夜間食堂的溫暖氛圍。代表品項包含一夜干午仔魚、明太子雞肉串與鹽烤松阪豬等，料理多以炭烤香氣、鹹香調味與食材口感呈現特色；其中一夜干午仔魚以烤至微脆的魚皮與細緻魚肉作為亮點，明太子雞肉串則結合雞肉嫩度與明太子的鹹鮮風味。除了串燒與烤物，也有和風陶板牛、炒水蓮、唐揚雞等品項，讓餐點選擇在日式下酒菜與熱炒風味之間取得平衡，呈現輕鬆、有層次的居酒屋料理風格。

Zui Deng Shiju brings the warmth of a Japanese-style izakaya to Xihu. Its menu includes skewers, grilled dishes, stir-fries and drinks. Grilled overnight-dried fish, mentaiko chicken skewers and salt-grilled pork jowl are highlights, alongside karaage chicken and other dishes for sharing.
