達人麵館以北方麵食為主，主打刀削麵、牛肉麵與炒麵。牛肉麵湯頭有紅燒、清燉、番茄等選擇，清燉牛肉麵以較清爽的湯底呈現牛肉香氣，紅燒款則帶有醬香與溫潤辛香。除了湯麵，木須刀削炒麵也是店內常見品項，以刀削麵搭配蛋、木耳、蔬菜等配料拌炒，麵條厚實有嚼勁。從熱湯麵到現炒麵食，都能吃到刀削麵特有的口感與麵香，是喜歡麵食的人可以慢慢品嚐的一家店。

Da Ren specializes in northern-style Chinese noodles, especially knife-cut noodles, beef noodle soup and stir-fried noodles. Beef noodle soup comes in braised, clear-broth and tomato versions. Stir-fried knife-cut noodles with egg, wood-ear mushrooms and vegetables show off the noodles’ satisfying chew.
