麵線陳主打台式麵線，口味以大腸、蚵仔、赤肉、蝦仁等配料搭配濃郁滑順的麵線湯底為主。招牌綜合麵線一次吃得到多種配料，湯頭帶有台灣小吃常見的柴魚香與勾芡口感，配上蒜泥、烏醋或辣椒後，味道更有層次。一碗麵線從湯底香氣、配料口感到最後的烏醋尾韻，都保留了台灣街邊小吃熟悉的滋味。
