芸妞妞食坊主打雲南米干與米線，餐點從湯頭、配料到小菜都帶有雲南家常風味。招牌豬肉米干以慢火熬煮的大骨湯為底，搭配蛋包、肉片與特製紹子，湯頭清爽不厚重，米干口感柔滑，吃得到蒜油、芝麻油與紹子的香氣層次。喜歡辛香口味的人，也可以選擇麻辣豬肉米干，辣度不走厚重刺激，而是以香麻感帶出湯底風味。除了主食，店內也有雲南香酥、涼拌豌豆粉等小菜，前者酥香、後者清爽，讓一碗米干之外，也能搭配到較少見的雲南小吃風味。

Yun Niu Niu specializes in Yunnan rice noodles and rice sheets with home-style broths and side dishes. Its pork rice sheets come in a slow-simmered bone broth with egg, pork and a fragrant house topping; a mala version adds gentle heat and numbing spice. Crispy Yunnan bites and chilled pea jelly make good accompaniments.
