北方大陸餅以手工麵點與中式早點為主，特色在於將蔥餅、蛋餅、酥餅等熟悉品項做出厚實的麵香與煎烙口感。招牌大陸蔥餅可搭配雞蛋，餅皮煎得帶有微酥邊緣，入口有蔥香與麵皮嚼感；厚蛋餅則以柔軟蛋香包覆餅皮，口味上可搭配肉品或起司，層次比一般早餐蛋餅更豐富。店內也有鮮肉蔥酥餅、韭菜盒等北方麵點，外皮煎得香酥，內餡帶有蔥肉或韭菜的鹹香，是很受歡迎的早餐選擇。

Northern Flatbreads makes handmade scallion flatbreads, thick egg crepes, flaky pastries and other Chinese-style breakfast foods. The signature scallion flatbread can be topped with an egg; its lightly crisp edges and chewy center carry a fragrant scallion flavor. Savory meat and chive pastries offer more choices.
