鬼匠拉麵主打日式拉麵，品項包含豚骨、味噌、醬油等經典湯底，也有地獄、泡菜、蒙古紅湯與蒜香系列等較有記憶點的口味。像是鬼匠豚骨拉麵以濃郁順口的湯底搭配叉燒、溏心蛋、海帶芽、玉米與蔥花等配料；鬼匠地獄拉麵以辣香增加湯頭層次；蒜香豚骨拉麵則帶有更明顯的辛香氣息。從湯底、辣度到蒜香風味都有不同變化，讓拉麵口味不只停留在單一風格。

Oni Shokunin serves Japanese-style ramen with tonkotsu, miso and soy broths, plus distinctive spicy, kimchi, Mongolian red broth and garlic options. Its signature tonkotsu comes with chashu, a soft-boiled egg, seaweed, corn and scallions. Choose a broth and level of spice that suits your appetite.
